Conference Location
The course will be held at the Westin Boston Waterfront (425 Summer St., Boston, MA 02210). The room block at this hotel, however, is already full. Situated in the South Boston Waterfront District, the Westin is minutes from downtown Boston and Logan International Airport. It offers spectacular views of the city skyline and harbor and is in close proximity to a variety of restaurants, shopping, and cultural amenities. A free shuttle offers transportation to/from Boston’s financial district and Faneuil Hall 7 days a week. The complimentary fitness center includes a whirlpool, hot tub, and indoor pool. The Hyatt Harborside Hotel is a short trip to the Westin Boston Waterfront by taxi or water taxi. Rooms are $249/night single or double. Rooms are available on other nights based on availability.
The Hyatt Harborside is easily accessible to the Westin Waterfront by water taxi or regular taxi. The water taxi docks are right at the Hyatt and at the World Trade Center, a 4-minute walk from the Westin. The ride itself takes 7-10 minutes. Round-trip tickets are $13 and can be purchased at the Hyatt. Extra water taxis will be on duty during our conference and will be in service from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
We have a room block at Renaissance Boston Waterfront (606 Congress Street, Boston, MA 02210), however, as of January rooms are only available on April 14. Rates are $229 per night pre-tax.
