Quigley Raleigh, M.Ac. is a Gokhale Method Posture Teacher and Licensed Acupuncturist with more than 17 years of experience in pain alleviation and helping to increase patient wellness through alternative medicine. Her passion is promoting self care as the foundation of optimal health and personal harmony.
Quigley will lead conference participants in a dynamic workshop to learn several Gokhale Method techniques and posture principles. The Gokhale Method is a powerful tool for cultivating the body's physical strength and function, and comprises a set of movement habits that help restore our original structural grace over time. GM is successful for pain reduction and elimination and helps students develop confidence in how to position and move the body properly to prevent pain and promote strong, healthy alignment.
Quigley is an Amherst College graduate with a BA in Asian Languages and Civilizations, and she received her Master of Acupuncture degree from the New England School of Acupuncture. She sees patients at her office in Weymouth, MA and maintains an active teaching schedule for private and group Gokhale Method instruction in the Boston area and elsewhere in New England.
